Redhouse
Redhouse
Redhouse is a London-based award-winning brand agency. They brand organisations that know what they want – and help them use their brands to pursue it. I’m proud they chose to work with Bitniks for the redesigning of their new website.

The Challenge
Redhouse’s main goal was to improve their website, to make it more effective, user friendly and ultimately, Google friendly, and to bring new business. Redhouse has a strong clientele which often returns with new projects but still needs to be reassured that they continue providing great services. However, the current presence is not generating new leads, which is a top goal.
The brand, statement, and work sample of Redhouse is clear but it’s not finding its way to new (or to the right) audiences.
So we started with a design audit.

Analytics showed that the majority of visitors are people who are already familiar with the brand or they’re looking for more info after Redhouse have been referred to them. The main issues & pain-points identified against the key-goals, are: engagement, visual storytelling, content discoverability, clarity, and marketing/social media strategy.
We thoroughly reviewed all sections (Homepage, About, Work, Think, and Brand Report) while challenged the design decisions on the main features (Navigation, Information Architecture, User Experience, Branding & UI Design, and Accessibility ) and compared them with existing data.
Our 40-pages report to Redhouse became the starting point of all decisions for the new website.
